Aperol Sparkler is best enjoyed on Thanksgiving with friends and family. The best part about it is that you can make a big batch ahead of time, so by the time your guests arrive, all you have to do is pour them their drink!
Pour the Aperol into a chilled champagne flute and top with the Prosecco.
