There's nothing cozier than a big slice of apple pie. But have you ever had it as a reviving drink? Now you can with Apple Pie on the Rocks! This delicious cocktail combines all the classic flavors of apple pie with a little extra kick from a delicious cinnamon liquor.
The Fireball gives it a touch of heat, while the vodka adds some smoothness. And, of course, no apple pie is complete without a glass rimmed sugar/cinnamon garnish on your rocks glass. Best of all, the Apple Pie on the Rocks Cocktail is easy to make!
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Fireball
- 1 oz. Vanilla Vodka
- 4 oz. Apple juice
- 1 tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. Ground cinnamon
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- Ice
Directions
Prepare two saucers.
- Pour water into one saucer and combine the brown sugar and cinnamon on the other.
Submerge the rim of a rocks glass into the water, then into the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Set aside.
Combine ice, vodka, Fireball, and apple juice in a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake for 10 seconds.
- Put ice into the prepared glass, then strain and pour the mixture into it.
- Garnish with cinnamon sticks.
