You can use this recipe for any other event where you want to impress the guests with an excellent drink! It's not too difficult to make, which makes it perfect for new bartenders looking for some good drink recipes they can try out on their friends.
Ingredients
1 1⁄2 oz. Blanco tequila
1 oz. Blue curaçao liqueur
½ oz. Pineapple juice
Maraschino cherry, for garnish
Directions
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes, pour tequila, blue curaçao, and pineapple juice. Shake well.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass over fresh ice, if you like.
