If you like Rhum agricole, try the Broken Corazon Club, a blend of rum, fruit juices, and Fernet. Combine pineapple juice, lime juice, Fernet, and grenadine with your Rhum Agricole to make this drink. The end result is a vibrant tropical flavor mash-up.
Ingredients
1½ oz. Overproof Rhum Agricole Blanc
¾ oz. Pineapple Juice
- ¾ oz. Fresh lime juice
½ oz. Maraschino Liquer
¼ oz. Grenadine
¼ oz. Fernet
- Lemon slice, for garnish
- Orange slice, for garnish
Directions
In a shaker with ice, combine the rhum, pineapple, lime, maraschino, and grenadine.
- Shake until completely chilled.
Pour into a collins glass filled with fresh ice.
- Float the Fernet on top and garnish with an orange slice.
