Directions

1. Chop the cherries and lime into a glass and add a little honey. Muddle for about a minute.
2. Clap with the mint on your palms to extract the scent from the leaves. Add it to the glass and press gently.
3. Add the ice and finish off with the sparkling water.
4. Garnish as desired and serve.
