Directions

1. Mix the milk, 1/4 cup chocolate syrup, corn syrup, and crushed ice in a blender until smooth.

2. Put some chocolate syrup on a small plate and some chocolate sprinkles on another plate.
3. Dab the rim of each glass in the chocolate syrup, then dip it in the chocolate sprinkles.
4. Fill each martini glass with the chocolate milk mixture to the brim.
