As you open presents this holiday season, keep a pitcher of these Christmas Mimosas on hand. To make Christmas Mimosas, mix prosecco with fresh green apples, cranberries, and pomegranate seeds. Prosecco is a light Italian wine that tastes similar to champagne and makes a delicious base for these winter drinks.
Ingredients
- 2 Granny Smith apples, chopped
- 1 cup Whole fresh cranberries
- 1 cup Green grapes, halved
- 1 cup Pomegranate seeds
- 1 cup Sparkling grape juice
- 1 (750 ml.) bottle of Champagne, Prosecco, or Cava
Directions
Combine the apples, cranberries, grapes, and pomegranate seeds in a large pitcher or punch bowl.
- To serve, pour over sparkling grape juice and Champagne and stir well.
