Directions

For Guinness Reducted Simple Syrup:

1. Pour the Guinness beer into a pan and bring to a boil.

2. Let it simmer on low heat until the mixture becomes thicker and the liquid has reduced to about half the amount.

3. Let it cool and pour into a container. Set it aside.

For Cocktail:

1. Pour all cocktail ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice

2. Shake well and strain them into a coupe glass.

3. Garnish the cocktail with mint leaves. Serve and enjoy!
