Easter brunch is a time-honored tradition, and there's no better way to celebrate the holiday than with a festive cocktail in hand. While mimosas are always a classic choice, Easter Champagne is a fun twist that will please your guests.

This easter drink is perfect for sipping on Easter Sunday. It’s made with pineapple juice champagne instead of the usual prosecco. To garnish, simply add some pineapple wedges and strawberries.
