The elderberry syrup adds a subtle sweetness to the drink, while the lime juice gives it a tart and tangy flavor. The tequila provides a smooth and boozy finish that will have you coming back for more!
2 oz. Elderberry kombucha (or other fruity flavors)
Directions
Put ice in a cocktail shaker and mix the lime juice, agave, tequila, and triple sec.
Add the kombucha and lightly shake while keeping a firm grip on the shaker’s lid.
Pour the mixture into a glass with a salt rim and serve with lime.
Recipe Note
Kombucha fermentation, like alcohol fermentation, results in residual sugar in the beverage. You can use any fruity kombucha flavor or adjust the agave in your cocktail to taste.
