Directions

1. Make the jelly using the package directions, then chill until set.

2. Chill the apple and pear juice with the lemonade in a large jug.

3. Drain the lychees and make the eyeballs by poking a hole in each cherry with a cocktail pick.

4. Insert the cherry into the lychee, then the raisin into the cherry. Set aside until serving by pressing the eyeball onto the end of the cocktail pick.
5. Once the jelly has set, whisk it up with a spoon to break it into small chunks.
6. Fill cocktail glasses halfway with the apple juice mixture.

7. Before serving, insert an eyeball into each glass.
