Directions

1. Drain the lychees and set aside the juice.

2. Fill the lychees with grapes.
3. Divide the lychee "eyeballs" among 6 tumblers.
4. Combine the reserved lychee juice, ginger beer, and limeade or lemonade in a large jug.
5. Add a few drops of food coloring to make the liquid a bright green.
6. Just before serving, drizzle the drink over the “eyeballs.”
