The best winter cocktails are ones that will warm you up on a cold night. The best way to do this is with a Gold Rush cocktail! This drink has the best of both worlds: it's sweet, but also warming from the whiskey. It's perfect for these chilly days!
Ingredients
.75 oz. Lemon juice
.75 oz. Honey
2 oz. Bourbon
Bee Pollen for garnish
Directions
Add lemon juice, honey, and bourbon to the shaker tin.
- Add ice and shake well.
Strain into a double old-fashioned glass over a large square cube
- Garnish with bee pollen.
