To make grilled grapefruit juice, cut one grapefruit into 1/2 inch thick slices. Oil the grill so that the grapefruit doesn't stick. Grill the grapefruit slices and let them cool for juicing. Reserve one slice for a garnish, and juice the remaining slices.
