The Hellraiser Picnic cocktail is a salty yet sweet treat that will make anyone feel like summertime has finally arrived. Its fruit-forward flavor is reminiscent of warm days spent outside under an umbrella or by poolside with friends. It’s the one of the best must-try cocktails for chicken pizzas!
Ingredients
- 1½ oz. Pear vodka
- 1½ oz. Watermelon tea
- 1 oz. Lemonade
- 1 oz. Watermelon juice
- 1 dash of Cranberry bitters
- 1 can of San Pellegrino Lemon
- Watermelon wedge and sea salt for garnish
Directions
Rim the glasses with sea salt.
Add all the ingredients except the San Pellegrino to a glass with ice.
Stir gently to mix the ingredients.
Top with the lemon sparkling water.
Garnish with watermelon and serve.
