This bright and refreshing drink has a floral, fruity flavor that's accentuated by pear brandy mixed with lemon juice. It also gets an extra kick from absinthe to add some botanical aromas to it!
Garnish it with some freshly grated nutmeg and 3 dashes of Peychaud's Bitters.
