The Love Letter cocktail is perfect for any romantic occasion! It has the perfect balance of sweetness and spice, making it ideal for Valentine's Day or any other special occasion. It's made with bourbon, orange liqueur, bitters, and citrus—it’s also garnished with a cherry.

Ingredients
1 oz. Bourbon
.5 oz. Orange liqueur
7 dashes of Angostura bitters
7 dashes of Peychaud's bitters
1 pc. Lemon twist (optional)
1 pc. Egg white (optional)
Directions
Chill a cocktail shaker and another glass for serving.
Add all the ingredients except the champagne and shake for 15 seconds or more.
Pour into the chilled glass.
Top off with the champagne and garnish as desired before serving.
