Mulled wine is a traditional drink in many places in Northern Europe, dating back to the 8th century BC. It's made by heating up red wine and adding spices. Malbec is a good choice when you're looking for a wine that's similar to Cabernet Sauvignon or Syrah that tastes like dark fruits with a smoky finish.
