The Nutty Irishman is a delightful mixed drink that can be used to make a layered party shot, a smooth sipper or spiked coffee. It's great for winter or any time you want something sweet and nutty.
Ingredients

1 1/4 cups Irish whiskey
1 (14-ounce) can of Sweetened condensed milk
1 cup Whipping cream
- 3 large Eggs, optional
2 tbsp. Chocolate syrup
- 2 tbsp. Instant coffee
1 tsp. Pure vanilla extract
1 tsp. Almond extract, optional

3/4 oz. Hazelnut liqueur
3/4 oz. Irish cream liqueur
Directions

Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth for 20 to 30 seconds.
Use a funnel to transfer the mixture to a bottle, then cap it tightly.
- Store in the fridge for at least a day to chill before using.

Fill a shot glass halfway with hazelnut liqueur.
- Pour the Irish cream on top and float it with the back of a bar spoon.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
