Welcome the blessings on Christmas Eve with this Pomegranate Martini recipe. This drink is not only visually appetizing, the taste also doesn’t disappoint and will leave you wanting for more!

Ingredients

1 oz. Vodka
2 oz. Pomegranate Juice
½ oz. Triple sec
½ oz. Club soda
½ tsp. Lemon Juice
Ice cubes
Pomegranate seeds
Lemon zest strips for garnish

Directions

In a shaker, put your ice, pomegranate juice, vodka, triple sec, club soda and lemon juice.
Cover and shake for 10-15 seconds or until the outside of the shaker is slightly frosty.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish before serving.

Recipe Note

You can substitute the garnishes if you feel like pomegranate seeds make it too redundant.
