In a galaxy far, far away, there's a coffee shop in Atlanta called Banjo Cold Brew Coffee. Its co-founder, Billy Atchison, is a big fan of Star Wars—so much so that he created this cocktail in honor of the respected and unconventional Jedi master Qui-Gon Jinn.
According to Atchinson, the sweetened cold-brew coffee gives it a strong edge, whereas the combination of the gin and lemon “ensures that any Jedi could keep his cool when negotiations seem to be failing."

Ingredients
2 oz. Boylan Heritage tonic water
2 oz. Old Fourth Distillery gin
6 oz. Banjo Sweetly Tuned cold-brew coffee
Lemon peel for garnish
Directions
Pour the tonic into a highball glass filled with ice and set aside.
- Add the gin and coffee into a mixing glass and stir.
- Pour the mixture over the tonic.
Express the oil of a lemon peel over the glass, and drop in to garnish.
