The Perfect Strawberry Mojito Kombucha Cocktail

Ingredients
- 4 Mint leaves, stems removed
- Âľ cup Fresh strawberries, stems removed and sliced
- 2 tbsp. Lime juice
- 4 oz. Vodka or clear rum (substitute with sparkling water for a mocktail version)
- 12 oz. Kombucha (we recommend GTS original or ginger)
- Sparkling water (optional)
- 1 cup Ice
- Berries, lime wedges, and mint leaves for garnish
Directions
With a mortar and pestle, muddle the mint leaves, strawberries, and lime juice in a small bowl until the strawberries form a puree. You can also use a blender or food processor to make a smooth paste.
- Pour the puree into two cocktail glasses and serve.
- Pour 6 ounces of kombucha, 2 ounces of vodka, and a splash of sparkling water into each glass.
- Add ice to the remaining container. Stir and serve.
