For the Time Regained cocktail, we start with a blended scotch as a malty, buttery base with a warming spice at the end. At the same time, we use Singani 63 Brandy to show its notes of dried fruit, sweetness, grape, and spice. The dry vermouth's crisp tartness and jasmine tea syrup's aromatic floral tones make this the perfect cocktail for cold days!
Combine all the ingredients into a mixing glass and stir well.
Pour the mixture into your glass and garnish with lemon wedges.
Recipe Note
To make the jasmine tea syrup, steep 3 level teaspoons of loose jasmine tea in 6 oz hot water for 5 minutes. Then, strain and stir in an equal amount of sugar by weight.
