Limoncello is a lovely liqueur for cocktails, and its sweet lemon taste goes perfectly with pear vodka. The two are perfect when combined in the Tuscan Pear recipe, which gives this refreshing highball added spice from ginger beer!
Ingredients
Granulated sugar, for rimming
Orange wedge, for rimming
1½ oz. Pear vodka
Âľ oz. Limoncello
Âľ oz. Ginger liqueur
½ oz. Simple syrup
1 oz. Orange juice
Mint leaves, for garnish
Dried pears for garnish
Directions
Rim an old-fashioned glass with sugar.
Pour all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake well until the outside of the shaker is frosted.
Strain into the prepared glass filled with crushed ice.
Garnish with mint leaves and dried pears.
