First of all they don’t contaminate because they’re made out of paper and that’s a must for me they also look very elegant because they’re black and they’re hard and sturdy

Sturdy enough to enjoy a cold beverage but keep in mind that they are made of paper and they will soften after a while.

We used these straws for a root beer float bar at graduation open house! Worked perfectly and they held up well!! No taste noticed from the straw!

I LOVE plastic straws but am moving to paper because I'm susceptible to the cultural pressure to do so. Generally, I don't like paper straws; they work, but they always feel weird and a little cringe-worthy on my tongue and lips, and—hello!—those are the places where straws reside: on the tongue and lips. However, THESE paper straws are coated on the outside and FEEL plastic. You know, like the difference between newsprint paper and magazine paper. Slicker isn't always better, but in a straw: I…T IS. I will buy these straws again and again. Hooray! Thank you for solving my petty, first-world problem.

These are great straws that held up for several refills of my drink.

We like that these are disposable and not harmful to the environment. We used them only once though. Not sure if they would be able to be used twice.
