I use these to bottle my kombucha for the second fermentation. They are perfect. They don’t leak and they are strong and really hold the carbonation. I don’t have any complaints about them so far, I’ve used them a few times already.

Highly recommend these bottles. I really appreciate the shape and non tippy aspect. I had been using an auto siphon until the 2nd one broke and decided just to return to using a funnel. It's just as easy and one less thing to clean. Anyway, the shape of the base makes it easier since they are less likely to tip over. I have some taller thin bottles that if I had to buy again I would not. These are much better. No problem with losing seal or leaking. Already bought another batch.

I use these for homemade flavored vinegars and herbal medicinals. These bottles work very well for those purposes. I live on the family farm on which no alcoholic beverages are allowed. I was in hot water when these arrived in a box emblazoned with "beer bottles".

I process 80 oz of kombucha about every 5 days. I started with these same bottles in clear glass. They do a great job, and I thought a second set would be helpful to have. The amber ones were offered at a special price over $10 less expensive than the clear ones, so I decided to give them a try. They work equally well. I was wary at first that it might not be as easy to see when they are clean, but kombucha during its second ferment doesn't have a lot of sticky debris. A few vigorous rins…es with very hot tap water makes the bottles sparkle inside and out. These bottles are perfect for kombucha production on a small scale.
