I bought this for myself and have displayed it at dinner parties. People always marvel at the globe cork. I have b ought this twice now as gifts and the recipients have been delighted.

It was a wedding gift

Might be best to put 2 bottles in at once as it holds a lot of wine. Very nice. World cork fit well.

The only thing I don't like about this purchase is that it was a return and it didn't have the 'Globe Stopper" in the packaging, although there was a place for it and a sticker indicating where it should be. Not going to return it because the price was great and why use a stopper if you want the wine to breath?

Is beautiful, functional, and sturdy. Very impressed.
