My fiancé and I grill day or night. Rain or shine. These tools do the job..I needed a new knife. Smaller, but nice to show him how to cook a medium steak right. Haha. I needed the grill scraper too, because he likes to cross contaminate. Chicken and vegetables. But for real---> this kit is perfect for simple people like me that need the basics..
