This Ah So device is a must to open older bottles of wines with temperamentally fragile corks. The sturdy quality and case were much better than expected for the price. I purchased additional as gifts!

This is my go to for dried out corks. It allows removal of cork without having to strain out cork bits from wine. It is a must have in our cork removal selection.

So far saved several old bottles from breaking corks

This product opened a bottle of wine in which the cork was disintegrating. It worked. I had a couple of bottles with real cork that wouldn't come out with a regular cork screw.

A simple but effective tool to extract corks cleanly from old wine bottles. It does such a wonderful job that many fancy and expensive cork openers fail miserably.

If it weren't for a friend's recommendation, I wouldn't have known there was such a simple and easy-to-use bottle opener. Very lightweight, much easier to use than traditional screwdriver bottle opener. Just insert it into the soft bottle stopper of red wine and you can easily rotate the entire bottle stopper without any damage, making it very, very easy to use.

I ruined two vintage bottles of wine this past Thanksgiving due to old corks. I ordered one of these and the problem went completely away. Once you get the hang of sliding the two blades in on each side of the cork you simply rotate it around a few times which cuts the cork loose from the glass bottle neck, and then rock it side to side while pulling gently on it to remove the cork. Worked like a charm.
