I love these bitters. I use them in sipping tequila or mezcal to have a bit of a different flavor profile. The understated chocolate flavor complements good tequila and mezcal nicely. It provides a different experience, subtly adds warmth, and smoothes out the edges. Highly recommended.

Love to make bourbon cocktails with these hitters. I feel like it’s a bit expensive, but it will last a while and they’ve really upped our drink game!

Makes a great tequila or old fashion.

I first tasted these bitters on a Celebrity Cruise to Alaska recently. I asked the Bartender what he used in the Manhattan drink and it was Bitterman's Mole. I promptly purchased the bitters. 2 dashes in a Manhattan cocktail is delicious!

Love to use this rather than chocolate liquor in my specialty drink creations.

Flavor reminds me of Fee Brothers Aztec Chocolate Bitters, which is also very good. This one isn’t quite as strong so I use more of it, but that has advantages, too, because it comes in a large bottle with a nice eye-dropper-style dispenser, allowing you to get the perfect amount every time, versus the inconsistency of the “2-3 dash” method. This one goes really well with a richer syrup, such as Demerara or even 100% maple syrup. Garnish optional but it goes well with a slick of orange peel and/…or a dark cherry. The label says it also goes well with dark rum or even an aged tequila. I haven’t tried those yet, but I like the idea, as old fashions have been around since before ice was readily available (a long time). Back then, they just called them “cocktails” and there were certainly not limited to bourbon or rye. In fact, I ended up with some strange alcohol distilled from coconut palms that I didn’t like and didn’t know what to do with recently, but this turned even that into an old fashioned cocktail that was rather pleasant. It’s amazing how transformational a high quality bitters can be. And this is one bitters I’ll keep in stock.

These chocolate bitters are fantastic. Great depth of flavor, very complex. These make an awesome old fashioned.

If you are looking for Chocolate bitters, don't fall for the cheaper brands, they literally use horrible ingredients but this brand is ALL Natural and it takes fantastic in a cocktail or whatever your recipe is. I literally returned another brand because it had glycol in it which is used in antifreeze. Read ingredients before you buy, this will be the brand I will continue to use and don't mind paying more for quality pure ingredients.
