    I bought this for smoothies and I am very happy with the results. Smooth consistency and no ice chunks. Exactly what I wanted! A little on the noisy side, but I understand that comes with higher horsepower, and I bought it with that expectation. I would definitely recommend this blender.

    Love this blender a ton and use it everyday. I’ve had it about ten years. Never experienced a performance issue but ready to replace the container which is looking a little old from a lot of use from smoothies to soups.. I also just purchased one for my son who enjoys cooking. The blender is noisy but works extremely quickly and worth the end product. While loud it doesn’t give off that annoying “high pitch” sound. Aren’t all blenders quite noisy especially with ice? My smoothie is done …
