This kit has exceeded my expectations so far!No burs of sharp edges on any of the stainless steel and the glass mixing glass is very heavy and nice.Will update after use and washing to report on how it holds up

A lovely gift for the home bartender! This is a really lovely set an a comes packaged for gift giving. It is so much nicer than the old stainless steel sets, and has the mixing glass for those that prefer drinks that require a mixing glass instead of a shaker. I thought the design was high-end and I felt it was a good value.

Great high quality product!

After years of being a whisk[e]y sipper, I finally decided to jump into the wide world of cocktails and needed some stuff to get myself started. For the price I really was expecting a lot less - thin glass, cheap bendy metal, really just temporary/throwaway stuff until I order better stuff piecemeal.That is not what I received. The mixing glass is fantastic - very large, and heavy bottomed so it's super sturdy. The bar spoon was a particular surprise, and has a good weight to it and is very eas…y to get into a good stirring rhythm. The strainer is great, and fits the mixing glass perfectly. I suppose if I HAD to complain about something I suppose the spring could be a bit tighter, but at this price that is absolutely not a complaint. The metal straws are a nice bonus, too. I've had no need for the muddler or the pour spout but I won't complain about having them! My only complaint would be that the jigger is a bit meh (no measurement lines, and only 1oz/0.5oz with this massive mixing glass??), but I already had a nicer one with 2oz/1oz sides and measurement lines. This one is at least fine as a backup when I'm too lazy to wash my good one.I was expecting a throwaway set to use for a couple weeks until I get better stuff, but this has been such a surprise that I'm changing my plans and will be using this set for quite a while!

He box was nice making the set giftable, and the components are wrapped and foamed nicely as well. The mixing glass is a big fella, as 750ml is enough to mix up cocktails for you, your family, or any reasonable number of cocktails if your making batch drinks. The tools included are nice as well, the spoon and tongs are nothing special, but a good muddler can be hard to find so that is a plus for this set as well. This set will add a touch of class to your bar tools.
