Dhos Bittersweet - Handcrafted Non-Alcoholic Aperitif With Flavors Of Rhubarb, Fruit & Bitter Herbs - Non-Alcoholic Spirit To Mix Delicious Mocktails - Keto-Friendly, Zero Sugar, Zero Proof - 750 ML
I was hoping for something that would make a faux aperol spritz during the summer while I am not drinking alcohol. It’s not a perfect match, but the flavor is different and interesting. I like it with seltzer and ice, or even with kombucha.

Having been disappointed by other non-alcoholic options (Lyre's), I am pleased by this version of an Italian bitter. Only 5 calories per serving makes it even better.

If you are looking for a bitter, slightly sweet non-alcoholic aperitif, this is for you! I've tried so many different NA liquors/liquors and this is the only one that tastes just like the alcoholic version (Aperol). I will be purchasing this on the reg!

LOVE this! I mix it with soda water and a lemon wedge and it’s just like a Campari and soda.

This is not the real thing, and it's not a 1:1 swap for your favorite Campari or Aperol based cocktails. It's much more syrupy as other reviewers have noted. It's more bitter. The monkfruit sugar has a stronger aftertaste. My take? People are adding too much to their drink. You need the extra body and bitterness because if you're making a mocktail you'll be adding more nonalcohlic things to the drink that thin out the flavor. If you put a splash of this in, it's actually both a solid value for m…oney and a great addition to your home bar for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails / mocktails. We've sampled nearly everything from the Seedlip collection (just ok, some better than others), Amass (hated it), and all three DHOS. This is the best we've tried, and it mixes well with essenced soda waters (la croix, 365, bubly, etc) or Spindrift, with a squeeze of lime or grapefruit and a few dashes of almond extract.

If you don't like monk fruit sweetener, you won't like this product. However, I think it's delicious. Very bitter in all the best ways! A great alternative to Campari in my mind. One star off for the artificial color, which I would like to see removed.
