This thing is not too difficult to use, as other reviewers have said, just stick your finger through the ring it's mounted on and use your finger for leverage. Works great for me after 1 or 6 beers. It isn't the most comfortable device to use, but I'm willing to sacrifice a bit of comfort for the incredible convince this thing offers.
Keep it on my key chain and it is easy to use when I pull up on my keys. I like how small it is and doesn’t add bulk to the key chain
Really nice little thing! Can easily use as a zipper pull, which was my choice. It’s as close to a zero weight opener as you’ll get!
