Flavor and texture of alcohol in addition to bottled water were improved with this. Like Rabbit's aerator I am glad I got it. Some people who spent extended time in France and Itlay told me that this type of product is an American invention that caught on in Europe like the aerator. Follow directions for best results. Do your due diligence caring for it to get your maximum payoff return.

As a wine lover and collector of fine wines that need aging, this is the decanter to own given the strainer and the aerating spray. I gave this as a gift and it makes a wonderful gift for an oenophile!

home winemakers, this has a decent screen, not ultra fine, but enough to filter out the bigger gunk. Also helps aerate your younger bottlings.
