I don’t know how I went so long without this one! Sharp grater, but does get down to the pith. The wiper helps to clear all the zest from it and makes it easier to clean. I hated my micro plane ester because the rind got stuck.

I bought this as a gift for my mom for christmas and she loved it! I already have one and have been using mine for a couple of months now. It works great and makes it so much easier to get all of the product that your are mincing.

A very good choice for quick fine grating and zesting. And I like the attached mini scraper that cleans all the grated stuff off the grater so I don’t have to hit it on the side of the bowl or plate to get everything off. Very pleased with my purchase.

I like the blade wiper. It easily wipes most of the zest without difficulties.

I absolutely love this zester. My favorite part was the little tool on the back to remove the food to the bowl. The sad part of this review....I didn't realize the wonderful little tool slipped down the kitchen sink drain. Then I ran the disposal and that beautiful, much loved tool got chewed up something awful.Rest In Peace Little Tool.

So we just needed an affordable but nice set of kitchen equipment so we bought a couple of these things. Never heard of the brand Joseph Joseph but gave it a try. They were great and shipping was faster than expected basically got it in a day.

This is the best zester I have ever owned. Easy to use and works perfectly. I was so happy with it, I purchased as a gift for others. Not cumbersome so it fits nicely in your gadget draw/container. I love the slide that pushes all the zest down and into your recipe. Very easy to clean, slide comes out and goes back in with ease. This is a must have tool for cooks.
