Liber & Co. Tropical Passion Fruit Syrup (17 oz)

This concentrate tastes like real, top quality passion fruit. It's also pretty concentrated, so I can use less per serving than some other syrups.

Makes a great Saturn

I was worried that it would be more tropical and not real Passion Juice. I used to buy whole passion fruit at $3 a small fruit and juice them for Margaritas, but have been unable to find the fruit lately. This will be an excellent, and less expensive substitute.

This is the best cocktail/mocktail Passion Fruit syrup I have ever tried. The depth and flavor are on point, and the consistency is nice. We used some of the syrup to make a punch, then I used the rest to make mocktails (Passion Fruit La Croix, Passion Fruit syrup, fresh lime). These syrups are delicious and versatile with sophisticated presentation. I’d love to have an entire stock of all their syrups!

I use this for making the original Hurricane cocktail. It's excellent.

Passionfruit has become one of my favorite fruits. I bought this after having a drink from Alamo Drafthouse and this brand was listed as one of the ingredients. I had to recreate it at home. It's so good! It's not overly sweet, it's the perfect balance and in my opinion worth purchasing. Looking forward to trying out different drinks with this.
