Lyre's Agave Blanco Non-Alcoholic Spirit - Tequila Style | 23.7 Fl Oz

I love this product. My favorite tequila drink as a Paloma and this is the perfect addition. Also the company has phenomenal customer service and the product quality is outstanding.

2 weeks into dry January and wanted something other than soda water. Made the Lyre’s recipe for the margarita with the Blanco. This was such a surprise ! Highly recommend!! Fresh citrus is a must. Very good. Going to now try other offerings.

Agave and a hint of mint on the nose with just a slight whiff of banana, something almost "chemical" about the smell that is just the tiniest bit off-putting, like dish soap seem to come through on Lyre's Agave Blanco. Not that alcohol itself doesn't have it's own "chemical" nose, mind you, so this is not necessarily something off-putting. Neat it is quite similar but less off putting as the odd chemical smell tones down a lot and adding in a peppery burn. Interestingly different from Ritual bu…rn, most similar to an alcohol burn in a way in that it doesn't just occur in the mouth or back of the throat but warms down the throat as well in a nice way. Very surprising, that. There is a hint of tartness and definitely something more biting about it that is reminiscent of a harsher, blanco tequila. This may be more reminiscent of an alcoholic spirit I've yet encountered in one of these alternatives.In a margarita this one seems to lose some of the agave but it still comes through, and that nice warmth is still there. Very interesting and very usable for what it's meant to replicate. Heck, I wish that warmth were present in more of Lyre's products!

Kommt einem richtigen Tequila sehr nahe.

Best mixed with tonic and fresh citrus, or whatever you need to give a little more body. Not exactly like Tequila , but has a nice flavor that makes for a nice mock tail!
