Okay, so I think these succeed in creating a very cocktail-like experience, but I think their current price of $45/8-pack (i.e., $5.60/can) is pretty steep.I'm sipping one right now, over ice, and it is sweet but not too sweet, with a pleasant tartness, a light bit of fizz, and a botanical bitterness that provides that cocktail-like feeling. Definitely not something I'd feel like chugging down in one go, but rather conducive to sipping. I'm trying to think of what the flavor reminds me of--it's… hard to describe, but something reminiscent of a candy of some sort--maybe a pineapple Dum-Dum, with a hint of grapefruit. Another reviewer mentioned tomato, and I actually do get a slight tomato-juice aftertaste (surprisingly, since there's no tomato in here), now that I'm looking for it. Bottom line: the flavor is complex and pleasant and interesting. So, yeah, I think these do make for a nice non-alcoholic cocktail, as long as you are looking to splurge a little.

This fun beverage is THE best pick me up after a long day of work.....wait for it.....and NO alcohol to drag me down. This, effervescent, light and fruity drink has tastes of the Sonoma Desert! All plant based, vegan and GF. Dress it up with fruit slices or drink it chilled, straight from the can. I cannot wait to try the other flavors!

All my guests were quick to point out how refreshing and interesting this drink was. Me included. The overall flavor was definitely “floral”. Like an exotic tropical bouquet. Per the can’s label “crafted in harmony with the Sonara Desert”… after reading the ingredients, I can see how they can arrive to that description.I don’t know if it was the Adoptogens in the drink, but I did feel more balanced and calm during and after enjoying a chilled Paloma. Perhaps I just stayed the same, while th…e other guests kept getting louder with their continued sipping of their wine glasses…Anyway, I really felt like I was drinking the healthier alternative. Crowd pleaser!

The word here is aperative. (Did I misspell that?) Siri says I didn't. Anyways it has that taste. Similar to bitters. Or maybe they're the same thing, I'm not an expert on such matters. Either way you just have to try it to understand. Its hard to explain the flavor. Bitter yet tart yet sweet. Delicious.

The Parch Prickly Paloma beverage is one of the best tasting drinks I've had, both non-alcoholic and alcohol based cocktails. The taste is fabulous- so refreshing and real, something that I cannot say about other NA drinks. I believe that it is best served over ice, and my guests loved it with gin! The flavor is so full and fresh, and has a floral taste to it which is very unique! I also like how Parch uses real agave instead of high fructose corn syrup which is a big plus. The design of the bo…x and cans are so unique and stand out from all other NA drinks, and I think that is the best part of it. The way that the box lists the ingredients and says "Ready to Drink" right on the front of the box made it easy for me to distinguish what this product was. I look forward to trying more flavors from Parch as they come out!

On it's own, this drink is refreshing and bitter. It's a sipping cocktail for sure. It's great when everyone is having alcohol and you (or one of your guests) decides not to partake. It also works great as a mixer for spirts or vinegar (for shrubs).
