My order was received timely, but broken. I contacted the seller and they replied within hours. A new one was shipped quickly and received in beautiful condition. Accidents happen, and I appreciate the customer service and rectifying the issue at rush speed. My decanter is gorgeous, and I can't wait to give this gift to my wine loving uncle. Definitely a seller I would use again!

The decanter didn't fit my personal preference, so I wasn't very happy with the product. However, I'm giving 5 stars because the store gave me a full refund within three hours of submitting my return request! This was a Christmas gift for my father in law who makes his own wine. It was very pretty. They are using it as a decorative piece and not as a decanter.
