Bought these knifes for my 15 year old granddaughter who is planning on becoming a chef and restaurant owner. She loves them so much she keeps them away from her parents, so they don't ruin them. She is so happy with them.

Bought these for family as I have a set that I use all the time. They are very sharp and cut beautifully. I never put in dishwasher but rinse after using and put back in their shields. It is a cool idea to put the picture on the knife so you can actually know without having to "remember" which knife does what. Picture has not worn with use and they are still as sharp as day I opened a year ago. Use the watermelon knife for all sorts of things... used on a big ham that was hard to cut on Christm…as and cut great slices exactly like I wanted after cutting the ham in half first with no trouble.
