Rio Red Grapefruit Cordial (17 oz)

We bought this for our soda stream. Made delicious sodas, but took too much syrup for flavoring. It maybe 6-8 sodas. We probably won't be buying often, since it took so much. Not the greatest value.

This tastes amazing

I am trying not to drink so much alcohol these days. This mixer, plus club soda and maybe a squeeze of lime or some basil or mint makes a fabulous mocktail. Really tasty and refreshing and I feel like I'm having a treat. Of course, adding in a little tequila also makes it great for a perfect Paloma. :)

Great product, isn’t to sweet or syrupy. A little goes a long way.

I bought this for tea and it worked really well. And i also made cocktails with recipes that you posted. People really liked it.But the price, i know it’s expensive because it’s heavy and glass. I would rather to go their website and get it. It’s probably cheaper.

Probably my fourth Liber syrup. Ver high quality products for cocktails. Note that these MUST be refrigerated after opening and also must be shaken before use. Unlike many shelf stable artificial flavored syrups these are the real thing. I just did a riff on my own grapefruit cup (Liber oregat) by replacing the oregat with this and I was floored. Top notch drink.

This is an excellent mixer for cocktails or addition to homemade lemonade. The only at all negative factor is that it is very pulpy, which is delicious but also settles out, so whatever drink you use it in, you should drink relatively quickly or end up with a layer of grapefruit pulp in the bottom of your glass.

I am a big grapefruit fan and was looking for some new syrups to try, so I decided to take a chance on this one.Honestly, I wasn't expecting much. Grapefruit syrup doesn't sound especially great on paper. (Well, to me at least.)I threw together the "Hemingway Daiquiri" listed on the label, took a sip, and ... WOW. The flavor is just incredible. It's not a proper Hemmingway Daiquiri, really; it's a bit too sweet and heavy. But it's an amazing drink in its own right, and I'm imagining many other …uses for this syrup over the coming summer months.Great stuff, highly recommended.
