Oh my, it's good.Other people who "try" to do (Vanilla Bean), it always turns out, to sweet (I've tried 3 different companies take on Vanilla Bean, and then this one makes 4). I guess that if they put an overwhelming sweet in there. People will not notice there is, so little BEAN. And that what they really got is some sort of "french vanilla" with a couple beans in there. Best vanilla syrup I've found. Love this in coffee and seltzer. Not too sweet or overpowering. A little goes a long way. Also great on shaved ice or ice cream. The consistency is perfect for mixing into drinks.
I just add a bit of the syrup to my sweet tea for an extra little something!! Yummy!
