This is a VERY well made and great performing multi-use, stainless steel spatula. The curve is in exactly the right place for turning fish and meats without problems.The stainless steel is strong with just the right flex. The handle is made of hard plastic and is very comfortable to hold and use. Great ergonomics!The one caveat is to hand-clean the spatula and NOT use it in a dishwasher.
