The still, thumper and worm appear to be well made. I have been distilling successfully for about 7 years using a pot still. I am able to use an induction cooker with this still which is a plus. I’ve experienced no burning or scorching of mash. I DO NOT use the pot for fermenting mash. Initial proof with first batch was 165.
