The one I got has a beautiful mix of black and white. Its very heavy and the marble is smooth and glossy.

It’s beautiful, real marble and I was looking for larger than standard wine bottle opening because I drink mostly Prosecco…which is a larger diameter bottle. This definitely fits the bottle but it’s actually a little big. The point of the marble being cold and about the same size as bottle so it touches and keeps bottle cool. This one allows for airspace around bottle. It works but could be more efficient. I keep mine in freezer so it’s always ready to go.
Definitely too large to be a champagne chiller but makes an excellent utensils holder. Note that the factory doesn’t clean the finished piece so it was caked in marble dust. At first I thought it was paint - it was pretty thick.
